1. 1 - 2 p.m. : Agenda: Megan E. and Megan S. from the Service Design team are working on a new usability program. A key component of this usability program is to create a UX/Usability standards and metrics benchmarking toolkit. This would include standard metrics to use to measure usability of enterprise systems/applications, as well as a set of standards around best practices for integrating UX/Usability into project lifecycles. While the focus is on enterprise systems/applications, we see no reason why this could not be extended also to websites. We will present what we've been working on and would love your input and ideas!
