- Chandler, Zach - Stanford Web Services. University web strategist and vendor liaison.
- Cole, Aaron - Web director at School of Earth Sciences.

A Stanford employee of multiple departments, currently including Faculty Development & Diversity, Faculty Affairs, and Physical Education, Recreation, and Wellness. Organizes monthly Drupallers Drop-in Help sessions.

- Ream, Dave - Senior Web Designer and Architect in IT Services. Responsible for itservices.stanford.edu, webdesign.stanford.edu, and other central IT web sites. Supports University Communications in standards-promotion efforts and Stanford Web Services in building better web tools for the Stanford community.
- Robertson, Jon - Primary sysadmin on the www.stanford.edu servers, in IT Services.
- Stocker, Scott - Director of Web Communications, Office of University Communications. Responsible for the Stanford Homepage, Stanford News, Events at Stanford, Stanford on iTunes U, and other central university websites.
- Thanawala, Shilpa - web designer / front-end developer for STVP. Maintainer for STVP main website, Stanford Entrepreneurship Network (Drupal 6 site), REE website, various HTML email newsletters.
- Wise, Marco - web developer in the Documentation Group in IT Services.
- Young , Brian - works for the IT Services Documentation group as an interface designer. He is responsible for maintaining the Web Style Guide which contains downloadable web templates, Drupal themes, and CSS usage guidelines for official Stanford websites.
